These terms govern your use of the website at getnova.one. They do not govern the Nova service itself. Use of Nova is subject to a separate written agreement between the customer and us, which takes precedence over these terms.

Information, not an offer

Everything on this website is general information about Nova. It is not a binding offer. Features, tiers and integrations described here may change, and features marked Beta are under active development and may change or be withdrawn. Pricing is agreed individually before any work starts.

Intellectual property

The texts, design, graphics, video, code and the Nova name and star mark on this website are protected by copyright and trademark law and belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to this website. Any other copying, adaptation or reuse requires our prior written consent.

Customer names and logos shown on this website belong to their respective owners and are shown with their permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website in a way that harms it or others. In particular, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt or overload the site, scrape it at a volume that burdens it, or use the contact form to send spam, malware or unlawful content.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act.

For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential obligation, meaning an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper use of the website possible in the first place and on which you may regularly rely. In that case our liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

Consumer dispute resolution

If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.

If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
