Why Nova exists
Every team we know runs its operation from a chat window. Alerts land there. Decisions get made there. The work, though, still happens somewhere else, by hand, by whoever happened to be awake.
Assistants promised to help and mostly answered. They could explain the fix, not apply it. They forgot the conversation by the next morning. Nobody hands real work to a colleague like that, so nobody did.
Nova is our answer. One agent, in the channel, with a shell, a browser, your inbox and your calendar. It remembers every decision, acts on its own schedule and on every signal, and writes down everything it did. It is built to be trusted with the boring work first, and then with the rest.
