Usage-based, not per-seat

Charging per login punishes the teams that use the agent well. We priced Nova on the work it does instead.

Per-seat pricing made sense for software that people operate. Nova is software that operates. Nobody logs in to Nova. You ask for something in the channel you already use and the work gets done. Counting people is counting the wrong thing.

What scales

Nova’s value tracks the volume and complexity of what it ships: the jobs it runs, the incidents it handles, the pull requests it opens. So that is what the price tracks. Start with one agent on one channel. Grow into both channels, Google Workspace actions, sub-agent orchestration and, for organisations that need isolation, a private deployment in your own VPC.

What every tier gets

  • Persistent hybrid memory
  • The full developer toolset
  • Cron and webhook jobs
  • An append-only activity log

None of those are upsells. An agent without memory, without tools, or without a log is not a smaller Nova. It is a different product, and not one we would put our name on.

Three sizes, one agent

Starter puts one agent on one channel, Telegram or Discord, for a small team putting it to work for the first time. Business adds both channels at once, Google Workspace actions, sub-agent orchestration, voice on Telegram, and observability with usage insights. Enterprise adds Nova Private Cloud (Beta) in your own VPC, single-tenant isolation, custom integrations, a security architecture review, and dedicated onboarding.

What this does to behaviour

When seats are free, the whole team uses the agent: the ops lead, the on-call engineer, the person who only needs one report a week. Nobody rations access, nobody shares a login, and Nova’s memory of your team stays whole instead of fragmented across the three people who got a seat.

Agreed up front

Usage-based does not mean surprise invoices. The price is tied to the volume and complexity of the work Nova performs and agreed before it starts, so you know what a quarter costs before the quarter does.
